Flying Start is aimed at families with children aged up to four living in certain areas including Brecon. It includes free quality childcare, family support through Incredible Years programmes, intensive Health Visitor support, and support for language development.

Relate is a confidential space for young people to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions. It provides a live chat service to connect to a trained counsellor. Relate also provides counselling for children and young people face-to-face, by phone, and online.
